Job summary

Ashkom is seeking a Construction Engineer to lead on-site construction activities at Sanand, Gujarat. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in RCC, structural works, PEB, and related field coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, review drawings, and liaise with civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure timely project delivery. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and coordinating on-site activities.
• Hands-on RCC and structural works experience.
• Knowledge of PEB and sheetings.
• MEP coordination across civil, structural and MEP teams.
• Quantity surveying and bill verification experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for site coordination and drawing review.
• Strong focus on safety and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, provide design/constructability inputs and identify construction clashes.
• Handle quantity surveying and vendor running bill verification.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural & MEP teams for smooth project execution.
• Use AutoCAD and construction‑related tools for site coordination and drawing review.
• Provide regular updates to the client and support time, cost and quality optimization.
