• Strong understanding of RCC structures, finishing works, and site quality control.
• Experience coordinating multiple agencies and executing projects as per drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of corporate construction projects from foundation to handover.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Evaluate engineering drawings—verifying samples & finishes as per design scheme and specifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-concreting inspections, including reinforcement, shuttering, alignment, levelling, and curing.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety practices, and material utilization.
• Prepare quantity estimates, verify executed quantities, and support billing and BOQ reconciliation.
• Maintain daily progress reports and resolve on-site technical challenges efficiently.
