Responsibilities

• Research: conduct in-depth industry research and synthesize results into compelling programs.
• Sales and Marketing: craft briefs and presentations to drive revenue targets.

• Agenda Management: write strategic, commercially-driven agendas based on research.
• Content development: produce copy for websites, emails, brochures and campaigns.

• Productivity management: meet KPIs and ensure timely communication.
• Pre-event coordination: gather required information from speakers and partners.
• Onsite delivery: coordinate with onsite team for flawless execution.

We are looking for a conference producer to work on our existing events and curate new events that can grow and become strong brands. This role suits an ambitious, self-driven and hard-working conference producer who wants to work on more challenging and rewarding events globally.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Research: Carry out in-depth research with key stakeholders in the industry and interpreting results into commercially compelling conference programs.
• Sales and Marketing: Putting the sales and marketing brief together in a visually attractive presentation and sharing key insights for sales team to drive revenue targets. Your event should be differentiated from competition.
• Speaker and media acquisition: Identifying, profiling, and inviting C level executives and decision-makers from the community (government, corporates, association, and media) and maintain long term relationships. Identifying right media partners and associations for the event and ensuring fruitful partnership that result in growth and credibility of events.
• Agenda Management: Write a highly compelling strategic and commercially driven agenda based on both primary and secondary research.
• Content development: Write promotional copy in the form of website copy, weekly email campaigns, press releases, brochure content, newsletters, etc. to drive awareness and stimulate bookings.
• Teamwork: Work closely with sales, social media, operations, creative design, and events team to ensure timely updates are made and a constant buzz is created around the event with latest updates.
• Productivity management: Ensure all KPIs are met, and internal and external communication is timely and contributing to the company’s mission of driving excellence.
• Pre event coordination: Ensure all relevant information needed from speakers and media partners.
• Onsite delivery: Working with the onsite team to ensure flawless delivery of the event. This includes a lot of attention to details, time management and developing client relationships.
• Post show report: Managing the post event work: thank you letters, report, website updates, brochure, and email campaigns.

Desired skills for the role:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in producing conferences.
• Strong research skills and ability to speak to C level executives and Government professionals over phone and in person meetings.
• Excellent command of English.
