1.5 Degree is a plant-based gelato and dessert brand with outlets across Delhi NCR and a production kitchen at NIFTEM, Kundli. We are launching ice cream cakes, ice cream pastries and a hot winter range served with gelato, all eggless and dairy-free.

We will develop vegan desserts and scale recipes for production, while training the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality across outlets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in vegan/eggless baking.
• Experience with ice cream cakes or frozen desserts.
• Ability to cost recipes and write instructions for others to follow.

Job description

What you will do:

• Develop and make ice cream cakes, pastries and vegan / eggless desserts, including a vegan choco lava cake
• Build a winter range of hot desserts served with gelato for our outlets
• Write standard recipes with portions and costing so outlets can repeat them
• Scale recipes for production and train the kitchen team

What we need:

• 38 years as a pastry chef; eggless or vegan baking experience is a strong plus
• Has worked on ice cream cakes or frozen desserts
• Can cost a recipe and write it down so others can follow it
• Willing to work at Kundli, with visits to Delhi outlets for launches
