Job summary

1.5 Degree (Natturz Bio Kontrol Pvt Ltd) seeks a hands-on Quality Lead to own QA/QC for gelato, popsicles, bakery and the new retort line at its plant on the NIFTEM campus, Kundli. You will lead quality from raw material to dispatch and build the lab and HACCP program.

You will train staff on GMP, handle FSSAI/FoSCoS paperwork, conduct retort validation, root-cause analysis, and drive a clear path to Head of Quality as the brand scales.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in quality with ice cream/frozen dessert or retort experience.
• Experience in small or mid-size plants; set up systems, not just run one shift.
• FSSAI and FoSCoS paperwork familiarity.
• Willing to work at Kundli (Sonipat).

1.5 Degree (Natturz Bio Kontrol Pvt Ltd) makes plant-based gelato, kulfi, popsicles, froyo and bakery at its own plant on the NIFTEM campus, Kundli. We are adding a retort line for oat beverages and cooking cream, and a new in-house lab. We need a hands-on Quality Lead who will own quality at the plant with 12 juniors.
