Job summary

Orion seeks a capable compliance professional to ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliances across client sites. You will handle notices, inspections, and queries, and ensure timely closures while maintaining comprehensive compliance documentation and records.

You will coordinate with clients and authorities, map end-to-end compliance structures, and mentor the team to uphold statutory requirements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Labour Codes, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
• Ability to manage notices, inspections, and escalations.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
