Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations, including Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, ESIC, PF, Muster roll, workmen compensation, Licensing & returns.
  • Experience in handling client queries and providing effective solutions.
  • Proficient in preparing and submitting MIS reports.
  • Familiarity with conducting compliance audits and ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries regarding labor law compliance and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports both internally and to clients.
  • Implement new compliance projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Manage crisis situations related to compliance issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Provide practical orientation and guidance to employees regarding compliance operations.
  • Ensure completion of periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index by addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure timely completion of all types of agreements related to compliance.
  • Prepare and update client-specific statutory checklists to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Establish a system to gather continuous feedback from clients to improve services and address any issues.
  • Handle all correspondence related to compliance matters with clients and government authorities.
  • Provide legal advice and opinions on compliance matters to internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance activities for each client, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain regular contact with client coordinators, meeting them in person at least once a month.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent client handling skills and be able to effectively liaise with government authorities

Qualifications

Candidate from HR background with sound knowledge in Labour Laws with LLB & PMIR Preferred
