Job summary

Itelant Outsourcing Services in Pune is seeking a statutory compliance executive to manage labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity and LWF. You will prepare registers, maintain records, and file statutory returns while coordinating with government authorities and supporting audits.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
• Experience in statutory compliance documentation and filings.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act.
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns and filings.
• Coordinate with clients and government authorities regarding compliance matters.
• Support labour law audits and inspections.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Stay updated with changes in labour laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports and MIS.
