Job summary

Licious in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-focused Store Compliance Auditor to own end-to-end audits across operations, cash, inventory, and brand standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive timely resolutions.

You’ll analyze data in Excel, build dashboards, and support governance improvements; travel to stores for audits as needed. Python/MIS skills are a plus for advanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation in commerce or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Python or MIS tools is a plus.

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve reconciliation and compliance gaps.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational controls.
