Qualifications

What makes the role meaty?

• Own monthly revenue accounting and closure in SAP; ensure accurate D2C/B2B revenue recognition.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer ledger accounting, collections booking, and reconciliation with Treasury.
• Lead end-to-end revenue-to-collection reconciliations across B2C, B2B, banks, and payment gateways.
• Account and reconcile promotions, cashbacks, and partner-led offers.
• Prepare and publish fortnightly/monthly AR & revenue reports with aging and analysis.
• Ensure timely invoicing, including E-invoicing and E-way bills.
• Review payment gateway charges vs rate cards and drive optimisation.
• Drive automation initiatives for revenue and AR processes with tech teams.
• Own internal and statutory audits related to revenue and receivables.

We hope that you are…

• A Graduate / Semi Qualified with 3-5years of post-qualification experience in accounts receivable
• With hands-on experience with SAP
• Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
• Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
• Have strong knowledge and experience with MS office, Oracle, inventory / WMS systems
