Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood brand, is seeking a QA data & digitization specialist to convert excel trackers and records into digital platforms, and to support QA documentation, reports and compliance.

You will collaborate with QA and operations to ensure food safety standards (QMS, HACCP, GMP), participate in process validation, develop dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and help standardize QA processes while traveling for audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related science.
• Basic understanding of QMS, HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality processes.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Interest in data handling, documentation, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel for audits and validation activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing Excel trackers and records into digital platforms.
• Assist in maintaining QA documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Participate in process validation activities and identify gaps.
• Support reframing and standardization of QA processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with QA and operations to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data trackers using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support QA digitization initiatives by converting existing Excel trackers and hard-copy records into digital platforms/databases.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing QA documentation, reports, and compliance records.
