Job summary

HKL Agro Foods is seeking a Company Secretary to lead governance, compliance, and IPO-related activities in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves organizing board meetings, drafting notices, maintaining statutory records, and handling ROC filings.

You will drive IPO-related processes, coordinate with bankers and auditors, ensure SEBI (LODR) disclosures, and manage investor relations and compliance with PIT rules. The position focuses on strong regulatory expertise and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance with Companies Act and statutory records.
• Exposure to IPO processes including DRHP/RHP and SEBI ICDR.
• Liaison with bankers, auditors, stock exchanges, and depositories.
• Handling SEBI (LODR) post-listing disclosures and investor relations.
