Job description

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Community & Monetisation Growth Associate to scale and monetise our Beyond IP page. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and revenue and ideal for someone who understands how to grow digital audiences and turn engagement into sustainable income streams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Growth

• Plan and execute strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyse trends, algorithms, and competitor content to optimise performance
• Track key metrics and continuously improve growth strategies

2. Content Research & Scripting

• Research high-performing content ideas aligned with our niche and audience
• Develop engaging scripts for reels, posts, and videos
• Stay updated with viral trends, storytelling formats, and audience preferences

3. Community Building

• Actively engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community posts
• Build a loyal and interactive community around the Beyond 5000 brand
• Identify and nurture superfans and potential collaborators

4. Monetization Strategy

• Identify and execute monetization opportunities (brand deals, digital products, memberships, etc.)
