Job summary

Accor is hiring for a kitchen support role in Bengaluru a hotel environment. The incumbent will stock the kitchen daily, operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to HACCP and hygiene standards. Participation in briefings and training, and maintaining personal hygiene are essential.

Roles include supporting food production areas, reporting hazards promptly, and performing duties assigned by management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Relevant Degree.

Responsibilities

• Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients daily.
• Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions.
• Follow hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Adhere to HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
• Clean and maintain all equipment within the food production area.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
