Job summary

Ameya-group is seeking a Commercial Executive to manage factory commercial operations, including procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control. You will handle purchase documentation, negotiate terms, and ensure material availability to support manufacturing processes.

The role involves coordinating with production, planning, finance, QA, and warehouse teams, maintaining ERP records, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and factory requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehouse and production teams.
• Verify invoices and GRNs for payment processing and maintain vendor records.

Job Summary

The Commercial Executive is responsible for managing factory commercial operations including procurement, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, inventory support, logistics coordination, and cost control to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and uninterrupted material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and factory requirements
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related commercial documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehouse and production teams
• Verify invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and supporting documents for payment processing
• Maintain vendor database and supplier performance records
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for inbound and outbound materials
• Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, inventory, and commercial activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit procedures
• Coordinate with production, planning, finance, QA, and warehouse departments for operational requirements
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and documentation files
