Job summary

Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager to support delivery of commercial fit-out and design & build projects.

This role offers hands-on exposure across all project stages in a fast-paced environment, with responsibility for managing site teams and coordinating with clients, landlords, and vendors. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial acumen, 5–10 years in BD/sales, and a degree in a related field; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.
• 5–10 years in business development, sales or client acquisition in related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to meet programmes.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Identify risks, delays and cost impacts; implement mitigation measures.
• Provide administrative and operational support for efficient project delivery.
• Present company fit-out capabilities and completed projects to clients.
• Participate in RFQs, RFPs and tender submissions.
• Maintain CRM with lead status and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams for customised client solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Manager ( to support the delivery of commercial fit-out and design & build projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their project management career while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects.
• Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure programmes are achieved.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
• Assist in identifying potential risks, delays, and cost impacts, and support in implementing mitigation measures
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient project delivery
• Conduct presentations showcasing the company's fit-out capabilities and completed projects.
• Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
• Maintain CRM with lead status and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customised solutions for clients.

About You:

• Understanding of office interiors, workplace design, project execution, and commercial contracts.

• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.

Education

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within office interiors, design-build, workplace solutions, commercial real estate, or construction.
• Experience handling corporate office fit-out projects is preferred.
• Preferred location can be for Pune and also MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region)
