The role will own end-to-end commercial operations including COD hygiene and reconciliations, petty cash management, asset and fleet cost control, manpower and resource planning, payroll and off-roll payouts coordination, client invoicing and debit note management, audit readiness, and branch-wise P&L tracking.
The Manager - Commercials will ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization across hubs while working closely with Operations, Finance, and Client teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring 100% COD accuracy and deposits, maintaining audit trails, driving disciplined petty cash processes, managing asset and transport cost visibility, aligning manpower deployment with hub size and productivity norms, and ensuring accuracy of payroll and payout data for on-roll and off-roll employees.
The role will also lead client invoicing reviews, investigate shipment losses and discrepancies, manage debit notes end-to-end, ensure timely recoveries from operations teams, and close all disputes within defined timelines.
You will oversee commercial and regulatory compliances relevant to logistics operations and support quarterly and annual audits.
At a network level, you will maintain branch-wise budgets, Asset planning, forecast revenue and costs, and enable continuous improvement in per-delivery cost and branch profitability.
The role will also ensure regulatory and statutory compliance at branch level, including maintaining valid licenses such as Shop & Establishment, FSSAI, and other location-specific operational permits, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
