Job summary

Lodha is seeking a results-driven office leasing professional to achieve desired leasing numbers and revenue targets. You will manage broker relationships and motivate brokers to work on portfolio projects, conduct site visits, and align unit-owner expectations with business goals.

Responsibilities include closing/negotiating lease transactions, handling the necessary paperwork, collecting brokerage from clients, and X-selling to the existing client base to drive growth.
