Job description

• Lead end-to-end commercial leasing transactions, from prospecting to closure, including negotiations, due diligence, and documentation.
• Manage and execute leasing mandates for commercial office assets, managed/ co-working and flex spaces.
• Formulate leasing strategies based on market intelligence, client requirements, and asset positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate occupiers, landlords, developers, and institutional investors.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within commercial leasing vertical and focus on Investment sale transactions.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients on leasing trends, rental benchmarking, market absorption, vacancy trends, and workplace strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and macroeconomic trends impacting commercial real estate.
• Prepare market reports, pitch decks, financial models, and feasibility studies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leasing professionals.
• Monitor performance metrics, deal pipelines, and ensure target achievement for leasing revenue.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and company policies.
• Drive annual business plans, budgeting, and forecasting for commercial leasing vertical.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and refer business.
