Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants in Ahmedabad invites applications for a Commercial Head to lead procurement and sourcing strategy across all categories, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role owns vendor negotiations, contracts, payment terms and cost optimisation, while managing category procurement managers and ensuring inventory planning with Product and Sales teams. It also drives international sourcing, import/export, customs and compliance, including China sourcing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or commercial functions.
• Significant experience in fashion accessories, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, D2C or e-commerce.
• Strong experience in vendor negotiation, contract negotiation and cost optimisation.
• Experience managing category procurement teams/managers.
• Working knowledge of import/export, customs and compliance.
• Strong experience in international sourcing, particularly China sourcing.
• Experience working with Product and Sales teams on inventory planning.
• Proven experience in cost reduction, alternate vendor development and supply chain resilience.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

The Commercial Head will lead the overallprocurement and sourcing strategyacross categories, reporting directly to the CEO.
