Job summary

Tonbo Imaging India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an Accounts Receivable & Collections specialist to manage end-to-end receivables and ensure timely collections from customers. You will handle invoicing and reconciliation, monitor ageing reports, manage bank guarantees, and maintain contract documents while generating MIS reports for management insights.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP proficiency, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow-up

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.

• Knowledge of financial controls and reconciliation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end receivables and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Monitor ageing reports and highlight risks/delays.
• Prepare invoice binders and supporting documentation; reconcile customer accounts.
• Handle Bank Guarantees: issuance, amendments, tracking and closure with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and track all customer contracts and commercial documents.
• Generate periodic MIS reports related to receivables, collections and order book.

Roles and Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Manage end-to-end receivables and ensure timely collections from customers
• Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments
• Monitor ageing reports and highlight risks/delays

2. Invoicing & Reconciliation

• Prepare invoice binders and supporting documentation
• Perform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts

3. Bank Guarantees (BG) Management

• Handling issuance, amendment, tracking, and closure of Bank Guarantees
• Coordination with internal stakeholders for BG documentation
• Maintaining BG register and ensuring compliance

4. Contract Documents Management

• Maintain and track all customer contracts, amendments, and commercial documents
• Ensure proper documentation and accessibility

5. MIS & Reporting

• Generate periodic MIS reports related to receivables, collections, and order book
• Support management with financial data and insights

Key Skills & Competencies
