Qualifications

• MIS reporting, SAP operations, purchase order tracking and commercial documentation.
• Hands-on SAP experience with data entry, reporting and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Macros.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MIS activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Perform SAP transactions, data entry, report extraction and reconciliations.
• Track and manage Purchase Orders, invoices and commercial documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain consistency across SAP and MIS reports.
• Prepare consumption analysis reports and comparative performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and validation.
• Support audits, management reviews and compliance requirements.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily MIS activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Perform SAP transactions, data entry, report extraction, and reconciliations.
• Track and manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain consistency across SAP and MIS reports.
• Prepare consumption analysis reports and comparative performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and validation.
• Support audits, management reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation as per organizational standards.

Required Skills
