Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com) with strong analytical ability.
• Hands-on SAP experience and SAP reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and macros.
• Experience in PO management and commercial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination.
• 1-3 years of MIS, SAP Operations, or related exposure is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MIS activities and timely reporting.
• Develop MIS dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Perform SAP transactions, data entry, report extraction, and reconciliations.
• Track POs, invoices, and related commercial documents.
• Ensure data consistency between SAP and MIS reports.
• Prepare consumption analysis reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain records as per organizational standards.

Role Summary

Jakson Group is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Commercial Executive to manage MIS reporting, SAP operations, purchase order tracking, and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands‑on SAP experience, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily MIS activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Perform SAP transactions, data entry, report extraction, and reconciliations.
• Track and manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain consistency across SAP and MIS reports.
• Prepare consumption analysis reports and comparative performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and validation.
• Support audits, management reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation as per organizational standards.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (any relevant module).
