Job summary

Ashwin Sheth Group is seeking an experienced MIS professional to manage Management Information Systems, billing processes, and SAP/ERP-based vendor coordination at their Mumbai head office. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Accounts and Finance to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and seamless workflows, while maintaining databases for sales, billing, and operations.

Job Summary:

The MIS will be responsible for managing Management Information Systems (MIS), billing processes, and vendor coordination through SAP and ERP systems. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Accounts, and Finance to ensure accurate data management, timely reporting, and seamless operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.


• Maintain and update databases related to sales, billing, vendors, and operations.

Billing & Documentation:

• Process billing entries accurately in SAP / ERP systems.


• Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for invoice generation, verification, and reconciliation.


• Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation.


• Track outstanding payments and assist with follow-ups, as required.

SAP / ERP & Vendor Coordination:

• Manage vendor-related entries and data in SAP / ERP systems.


• Coordinate with vendors for invoice submission, corrections, and confirmations.


• Ensure adherence to company policies and system requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for data sharing, sales reports, and campaign-related information.


• Work closely with Accounts and Finance for billing, payments, and financial reporting.
  
• Support internal stakeholders by providing accurate MIS data and insights.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis.


• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems.


• Sound understanding of billing processes and documentation.


• Effective coordination and communication skills.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Graduate in Commerce or a related field.


• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in MIS, billing, or SAP/ERP-based roles.


• Exposure to working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
