Job summary

Job description

The role will primarily focus on Tally ERP, sales & purchase entries, inventory management, reconciliation and commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally ERP
• Generate and analyze reports from Tally
• Manage inventory records and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation and data
• Support day-to-day commercial and accounting activities
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Com
• Experience: 2-6 years in Tally and inventory processes
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, particularly sales and purchase entries
• Good understanding of inventory handling and reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of commercial operations and accounting principles
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
• Industry experience in Agri-export, commodity trading or FMCG will be preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
