Job summary

Rcpc is seeking a cost-control and billing professional in Bengaluru to verify BOQs, reconcile quantities, and manage contractor billing. You will coordinate with site, QS, and commercial teams to ensure timely billing and implement company procedures and SAP training.

You will oversee regional cost control, prepare monthly reports such as P&L, LCR, and CTC, and review and clear subcontractor bills. The role includes audit support, submission monitoring, and data gathering from the field.

Responsibilities

• BOQ verification, quantity reconciliation, and contractor billing.
• Manage variation orders, extra items, and cost control.
• Coordinate with site, QS, and commercial teams for timely billing. Train team for Company procedure and SAP
• Region cost control i.e. IDC, Staff cost, NMR cost, Departmental Labour cost etc.
• Sending monthly report i.e. P & L statement, LCR, CTC, Quantity reconciliation, Unbilled undcerified status & any other information as and when required
• Closing of external Audit on sites as well as MRO
• Working out & scrutiny of costing of Extra Items sent from site and help them to submit the same to client
• Monitoring of submission of client bill in time
• Checking and clearing of subcontractor bills received from site well in time
• Gathering & Monitoring data from site i.e. WDA, LCR, Liability, Retention, IDC budget, Departmental Budget
• Scrutiny of CS for subcontracting and negotiation for the same to reduce DC of project. Take approval of CS & Wo for subcontracting work .
