Job summary

AuthBridge, India's leading authentication company, is seeking an AR collections professional in Gurugram to join the finance team.

You will follow up on outstanding dues, analyse AR ageing, resolve invoice disputes, and support month-end close. Strong Excel skills and clear client communication are essential. SAP or HighRadius experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years in AR, collections or O2C (shared services or B2B).
• Experience with SAP, HighRadius or similar tools.
• Strong Excel and clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on outstanding dues and meet monthly collection targets.
• Analyse AR ageing and prioritise overdue accounts.
• Resolve invoice disputes with clients, Sales and Operations.
• Reconcile receipts and clear unapplied cash.
• Support billing, month-end close and MIS reporting.
