Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a Collections Specialist to manage the assigned area, drive target achievement, and monitor NPAs against budget. The role focuses on reducing delinquencies, increasing fee income, and overseeing vendor payouts.

The incumbent will conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers, track Bucket/DPD delinquency, and ensure quick, customer-friendly resolution within the defined TAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in recovering loans and managing collections targets.
• Knowledge of non-performing assets (NPAs) management and budget adherence.
• Ability to reduce delinquencies and improve recovery metrics.
• Experience with vendor payout control and revenue improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SARFESI and Section 9 processes for asset possession.

Job description

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
