Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Collections professional in Mumbai to manage assigned area collections, drive target achievement, and minimize NPAs. The role involves asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9, tracking delinquency by bucket/DPD, and initiating vendor payout controls.

You will focus on quick, effective customer issue resolution within defined TAT and work to improve fee income while reducing credit costs. Experience in collections operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
