Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to manage the assigned area, drive recovery targets, and optimize processes around resolution flows and credit costs.

You will monitor NPAs, implement strategies to minimize them, increase fee income, conduct asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9, track delinquency by bucket and DPD, and ensure quick, effective customer issue resolutions within the stipulated TAT. The role demands disciplined execution and strict compliance.

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
