Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to manage area-wise collections and achieve targets. You will drive resolution metrics, monitor NPAs, and implement strategies to improve fee income while minimizing vendor payouts.

The role requires conducting SARFESI/Section 9 asset verifications through court receivers and tracking delinquency by bucket and DPD. Customer issues must be resolved within tight TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates.
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.
