Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage the assigned area and drive recoveries across multiple parameters while coordinating with credit risk teams. You will implement strategies to reduce NPAs, improve cash inflows, and ensure compliance with SARFESI and Section 9 procedures, with a focus on timely customer communication.

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates.
• Ensure that NPAs are kept within the assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
