Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a collections professional to manage the assigned area, drive target achievements, and minimize NPAs through proactive recovery, verifications, and process compliance. The role emphasizes revenue enhancement and vendor payout optimization.

The candidate will monitor delinquency by bucket/DPD, ensure timely asset actions under SARFESI, and deliver quick, customer-focused resolutions within TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
