Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking an experienced Collections Executive to manage the assigned area. You will drive collections, meet targets on resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates across the bucket.

You will monitor NPAs, work to minimize them, and implement initiatives to increase fee income while controlling vendor payouts. You will also conduct asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers and track delinquency by bucket and DPD, ensuring quick customer issue

Qualifications

• Experience in field collections and recovery processes.
• Ability to meet targets on resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates.
• Knowledge of NPAs management and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates.
• Ensure that NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase fee income and develop initiatives to control and reduce vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.
