Job summary

SkillLabs in Bhagalpur, Bihar is seeking a Collections Officer to manage area-wise debt recovery and achieve targets across resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates. You will conduct asset verifications and possessory actions as per SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers.

Keep NPAs within budget, drive delinquencies down by tracking bucket and DPD levels, pursue reductions in vendor payouts, and ensure customer satisfaction through quick resolution of issues within the defined TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
