Job summary

SkillLabs invites applications for a collections specialist in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. You will manage collections for the assigned area, drive target metrics on resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates, and work to keep NPAs within budget while actively reducing defaults.

You will conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 processes, monitor delinquency by bucket and DPD, and strive to improve fee income, vendor payouts, and customer satisfaction through timely

• Keep NPAs within budget and actively minimize them.
• Increase fee income and curb vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI / Section 9.
• Track delinquency by bucket and DPD; focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure quick, TAT-driven customer issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket).
