Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to manage assigned area targets and minimize NPAs. You will track delinquencies (Bucket & DPD), drive revenue initiatives, and ensure quick customer issue resolution within the designated TAT.

Asset verifications and possession will be conducted under SARFESI / Section 9 through court receivers. Strong focus on reducing vendor payouts and improving collection efficiency while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
