Job summary

M/s Sita Ram & Company Pvt.ltd in Delhi seeks an experienced collections professional to lead our debt-collections operations, develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries.

You will manage a team of collectors, analyze financial data for trends and cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
