   Ensure empathetic and professional communication with delinquent customers.
4. Process Optimization-
   Identify areas for improvement in collection processes and implement changes.
   Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, etc.) and company policies.
5. Reporting & Analytics-
   Prepare reports on collection metrics, trends, and portfolio health.
   Analyze data to drive collection strategy improvement.
