Job summary

Profound Human Resource Development Advisors in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end field collection operations. You will lead and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Collection Executives to drive monthly collection and recovery targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity and recovery metrics, developing strategies to reduce delinquency, conducting regular field visits, coaching teams, and ensuring compliant, ethical collection practices

• Conduct regular field visits and monitor team performance.
• Manage high-value and overdue collection cases.
• Ensure proper allocation of accounts and territories.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach collection teams.
• Prepare and review MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and senior management to achieve business objectives.
