Qualifications

• Significant experience in collections, credit risk, or portfolio strategy management.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in collections analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to debt collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end collection strategies across customer portfolios.
• Analyze collection performance, delinquency trends, and recovery metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive segmentation, treatment strategies, and contact optimization to maximize collections efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Partner with Operations, Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Product teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead automation and digital collection initiatives to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
• Manage and mentor collection strategy teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
