Job summary

FatakPay invites applications for Mega Drive: Collection Callers (DRA / Non-DRA) in Mumbai (Nahur). Pearl HR Services is organizing a walk-in drive and urgently hiring for 350 collection caller positions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to remind customers of overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, promises to pay (PTP), and payment statuses in the system.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines during all calls.
