Job summary

Genius Consultants in Kolkata is seeking a debt collection professional responsible for following up on outstanding payments, negotiating repayment schedules, and ensuring timely recovery.

You will monitor ageing accounts, maintain records, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports while meeting assigned targets. Strong English communication and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Interview is face to face at Rajarhat, Newtown. Working days are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

• Proficient in advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage debt recovery activities and ensure timely collection of pending dues.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand payment issues and negotiate repayment schedules.
• Monitor overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on the ageing of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and recovery status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery reports.
• Meet assigned collection targets and follow company policies and ethical recovery practices.
