Job summary

Chola in India is seeking a Field Collections Executive to contact customers with overdue loan repayments. You will perform calls and on-site visits to premises or business locations to recover EMI payments and achieve monthly targets.

You will maintain records, update status in the system daily, and explain repayment options within company policies. Prioritizes customer-friendly negotiation and adherence to guidelines. Bilingual Hindi/English preferred in local region.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments through calls and field visits.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers' residences/business locations as required.
• Collect outstanding EMI payments within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Follow up with delinquent customers and understand reasons for payment delays.
• Negotiate suitable repayment solutions within approved company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and field visits.
• Update collection status in the company's system/app on a daily basis.
