Gilbarco Veeder-Root India Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is hiring a proactive Collection Executive (Accounts Receivable) to join our on-site team. The role focuses on B2B collections, maintaining cash flow, and reducing DSO across India.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in AR collections, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP. On-site interviews will be conducted in Hyderabad with travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–30 years of experience in B2B collection or AR debt collection.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery techniques and related laws.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for client discussions.
• Experience 4–7 years in Accounts Receivable (AR) collections; SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and operations for collections; travel 3–4 times monthly if required.
• Handle field collections with visits to B2B clients and drive timely cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve accounts >30 days and manage loan collections across India.
• Conduct field negotiations, settlements, and recover dues through legal means if necessary.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients to ensure smooth payment collection processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.

Gilbarco Veeder-Root is looking for a proactive and experienced Collection Executive to join our team in Hyderabad! If you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable, outstanding management, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you.

Position: Collection Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)

Walk-In Interview Dates: Direct visits starting from 08th Oct 2026 onwards (Monday to Friday | Except Saturday & Sunday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and operations teams for collections also willing to travel 3-4 times in month to if business required.
• Comfortable handling field collections if require physical visits to B2B Clients
  Drive timely cash flow & achieve DSO targets.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding accounts exceeding 30 days. Manage loan collections from various clients across India, ensuring timely payment of dues.
• Conduct field collections, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding amounts through legal means if necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure smooth payment collection processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-30 years of experience in B2B collection, corporate collection, debt collection, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery techniques and laws governing loan collections.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with clients at all levels.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years in Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.
  Tech Skills: Working knowledge of SAP/ERP & Advanced Excel.

Note: Prior experience handling collections from PSUs or Government organizations is highly desirable.
