Job summary

Dhrupra Services Pvt Ltd in Gurugram invites a collection professional to join our Recovery team as a Collection Executive focused on Write-Off and NPA accounts. You will drive recoveries, negotiate settlements, and manage delinquent accounts with a target-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable and heavy bucket recoveries, including field follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Graduation (B.Com) preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Accounts Receivable, or Debt Management.
• Experience in handling Write-Off, NPA, and high delinquency bucket accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and recover overdue payments from Write-Off and NPA accounts.
• Handle heavy bucket accounts (90+ DPD and above) to maximize recoveries.
• Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and field visits (if required).
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers within company guidelines.
• Monitor collection targets and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams for recovery actions.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Collection Executive with experience in handling Write-Off Accounts, NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts, and Heavy Bucket collections. The ideal candidate should have strong recovery skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and delinquent account management.
