Job summary

Enlite is seeking a Lead Application Engineer in Mumbai to drive the full project lifecycle from initiation through handover, plan schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will review HVAC drawings and specs, conduct progress meetings, manage escalations, and mentor the team, leveraging PLC/SCADA expertise and BMS graphics to deliver robust automation solutions.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Automation (PLC programming/SCADA).
• Experience in developing logics, building automation remote engineering and BMS graphics.

Lead Application Engineer:

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

HVAC Project Management

• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.
• Address project-related escalations and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership

• Ensure effective workforce utilization and performance management.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication.

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience Automation (PLC programming/SCADA), developing logics, building automation remote engineering and BMS Graphics.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF, ventilation, ducting, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Understanding of project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.
