Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Project Manager for HVAC projects in Pune. You will study drawings, prepare schedules, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure on-time project execution.

Responsibilities include supervising HVAC installations, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing costs, and delivering final handover with complete documentation. This role demands strong communication and team coordination on construction sites in India.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC drawings, components and installation practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards on construction sites.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Study drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project scope.
• Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategy.
• Ensure smooth site mobilization and timely project execution.
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestone achievement.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively.
• Ensure availability of materials as per project schedule.
• Lead multiple HVAC projects simultaneously
• Overall responsibility for project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Final project handover and closure documentation.

• Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement sheets.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
