Job summary

Enlite seeks a Lead Application Engineer to drive HVAC automation projects from planning through handover. You will manage PLC/SCADA logic, BMS graphics, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality.

The role requires 8–15 years of automation experience in HVAC environments, strong leadership, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics with relevant specialization.
• 8–15 years of automation experience including PLC programming/SCADA and BMS graphics.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution responsibilities including schedules and resources.
• Lead complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless HVAC project delivery.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct progress reviews and manage escalations; lead teams and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Lead complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• HVAC Project Management
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.
• Address project-related escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Team Leadership
• Ensure effective workforce utilization and performance management.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication.

Experience

• Minimum 8- 15years of experience Automation (PLC programming/SCADA), developing logics, building automation remote engineering and BMS Graphics.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF, ventilation, ducting, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Understanding of project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.
