Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Building Management System (BMS) projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
• Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
• Design, configure, and integrate BMS solutions with HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Security systems.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Program and configure BMS controllers and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, and handover documents.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and facility teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.
• 35 years of experience in BMS, Building Automation, or HVAC Controls projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar BMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control logic, and system integration.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols.
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
